Adam Brenner

Adam Brenner represents private equity funds, technology companies and venture capital funds based in the United States and abroad on their financings and other corporate transactions. Adam particularly enjoys advising companies and lead investors on strategic company growth, especially national security-related technology companies. He also has extensive experience working with emerging growth companies and investors on structuring transactions around international trade matters.

Adam’s international trade practice includes preparing notices of transactions submitted to CFIUS, conducting internal investigations, and helping build company trade compliance programs.

Adam serves on the board of the Crichton Foundation and the Henry Street Settlement Young Collectors Committee. He is also a Yale Library Associates Trustee and a member of the Atlantic Council.
