Startup Legal 101 is a free online workshop designed for alumni who want to learn the basics of startup legal framework. The workshop gives an overview of the key building blocks of early stage ventures, including entity formation, methods for raising capital (convertible debt, SAFEs, etc), equitizing employees, IP/Trademark protection, and more.
