What is the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method? It’s a facilitated problem-solving process that leads participants through a set of questions, going deeper and deeper into a subject that’s relevant to the group. Each participant builds a LEGO model in response to the facilitator´s questions. These models become the foundation for discussion, knowledge sharing, and decision making. It’s also a lot of FUN!
