Industrious

Jamie Hodari, CC ’04, co-founded Industrious in 2013. In a world where employees care more and more about workplace environment with each passing year, Jamie and his co-founder believed that treating the office as a hospitality product, like a restaurant or a hotel, could help create happier, more engaging, more fulfilling workplaces. The experiment was a runaway success — more than 650 companies applied for the 60 spots at Industrious’ first location — and Industrious has been growing rapidly ever since. Its coworking complexes are now home to thousands of members across the country, from freelancers and startups, to Fortune 500 companies and rapidly growing businesses like Pinterest and Pandora.

Since its initial success, Industrious has expanded to 11 markets across the United States, and is slated to be in more than 25 cities by the end of this year. It was named among Inc.’s Top Companies to Watch in 2016, and has been featured in The New York Times, Crain’s, and Curbed.

By focusing on making its members excited and proud to go to work, Industrious allows companies to focus on doing what they do best, with happier, more productive teams. Interested? Check out an Industrious location near you today.
