The program is designed to help elevate the impact of women leaders enabling them to navigate the business landscape\, develop and leverage their talents\, and step into roles of greater influence. \nThe overall experience is designed to have the maximum impact\, incorporating a three-week preparation and pre-program coaching phase\, an intense three-day in-person phase and a three-month action planning follow-up. \nProgram faculty include executive coaches\, and trained psychologists\, experts who have studied both the benefits of gender-balanced organization and the barriers women still often face in the advancement\, as well as faculty from Columbia Business School.
