Prior to starting Body Labs\, Bill co-founded and was CEO of CoSA (makers of After Effects\, acquired by Adobe)\, SpeechWorks (NASDAQ: SPWX\, merged with Nuance) and OpenAir\, Inc. (acquired by NetSuite).\nProfessor Avi Goldfarb is the Ellison Professor of Marketing at Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. His research focuses on the impact of information technology on marketing and on the economy. The principles of user research\, prototyping\, and testing have been used by everyone from product designers\, entrepreneurs\, humanitarians\, among many others\, to create innovative\, human-centered designed products and solutions. \nPlease join us for this hands on introduction to design thinking\, co-sponsored by the Columbia Entrepreneurship Design Studio and the Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center.
