Columbia-CareOne Healthcare Innovation Challenge

This Challenge is seeking to mobilize creators and innovators in healthcare delivery, patient empowerment, medical devices, EMR management, and healthcare for an aging America. We’re focused on the “less-regulated” healthcare space (no pharma or class three devices). Examples of eligible categories includE: Healthcare Delivery and Services, Diagnostics, Memory Loss and Cognitive Decline, Social Determinants of Health, Class 1 and 2 Devices, Telemedicine, Medication Management, Wellness, Substance Abuse, Nutrition, Education, Public Health, Policy, Content, and Age-in-Place solutions.

Fast Pitch Competition Deadline to Apply (Oct 28) and the Event (Nov 16): Fast and furious, Fast Pitch is Columbia’s elevator pitch competition. Teams must sell their customers and our judges in 60 seconds or less. Teams are judged on their idea’s market appeal, pitch clarity, and salesmanship. Undergraduate and graduate students from all schools and institutes across Columbia University are eligible to participate. Attendance is free, the experience is priceless. Apply by October 28 to pitch!

Impressing Venture Competition Judges (And Angels) in 5 Minutes or Less with Chris McGarry, Sr. Dir. Columbia Entrepreneurship.
