Axia AI is an AI-native education agency for small and mid-size US colleges and universities. We grow enrollment on three fronts: we raise a school’s visibility in AI search and turn more qualified leads into enrolled students, we expand its program portfolio with offerings students and employers want, and, for institutions ready, we open a pipeline into new markets abroad.
Growth starts with reaching the right students. Axia strengthens an institution’s visibility in AI search, so the school shows up when prospective students and the tools they now rely on look for programs, and we use AI to respond to interested students faster and qualify them earlier. More of the right inquiries become enrolled students.
Growth also comes from offering programs students and employers actually want. Axia reverse-engineers regional workforce demand into efficient, affordable programs that match what students want today, then builds them as stackable credentials from microcredentials and certificates up through associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees. A learner can enter at any level, earn credit that carries forward, and move toward a full degree as their goals and budget allow. These programs reach working adults and employers that traditional catalogs miss.
Axia also opens a Latin America enrollment pipeline. Latin America is one of the strongest sources of qualified, visa-ready candidates for US programs, and a focused pipeline raises an institution’s brand awareness abroad and grows its student base.
Across all of this, AI runs inside the institution’s own marketing funnel and daily operations, freeing staff from the manual work that slows enrollment. For leadership, we have built a president agent that puts the institution’s AI visibility, reviews and sentiment, policy and accreditor news, and competitors in one live view.
Axia was co-founded by Juan Cruz Rabbat and Manuel Quiroga, who leads the company’s AI and engineering. Juan Cruz previously helped build and run R’Evolution Education Group, a multi-country education portfolio serving more than 150,000 students and 600 programs across Latin America. That operating background shapes the work. The team has sat in the president’s chair, owned the enrollment number, and carried the budget, so the systems we build hold up to how institutions actually run.
Axia works with US colleges, universities, and vocational institutions. Every engagement starts with a health score we run across the whole institution in three lanes: the marketing funnel, AI readiness, and programs and portfolio. It shows leadership where the institution is strong and where it is missing room to grow. From there we build, and the result is a school that launches new programs faster, fills them with students who fit, and competes with the speed and data of a much larger institution at the cost of a lean one.
Axia AI is based in New York City and is a member of Columbia Startup Lab, Cohort 13. Reach out at jc@axiasolutions.ai to get your institution’s health score, to have a president agent built for your leadership, or to learn more about our work and the institutions we are choosing to partner with.
