Tácio currently services as the Budget and Planning Secretary at Alagoinhas City Hall. He was also the Innovation Manager for the Secretary of Education in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, and is the co-founder and advisor of the venture UP – Universo de Possibilidades, which helps students find their vocation by bringing them together with professional experiences, stories, and professional advice.
