Imri Eisner is counsel in the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice and focuses on representing venture backed companies and venture and private equity funds in corporate finance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Specifically, Imri’s experience includes buy and sell side M&A, purchaser and issuer side equity and debt financings, and corporate matters ranging from formation, to governance, intellectual property, employment and tax.
Prior to joining Perkins, Imri was counsel at Lowenstein Sandler’s Tech Group and an associate in Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP’s Banking Group. At Skadden, Imri represented lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in loan and security transactions, including acquisition financing and distressed debt.
Imri received his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, where he was an Articles Editor on the Cornell Law Review, and he received dual undergraduate degrees in business and political science from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences, respectively.
