Frances is a first-year SIPA student concentrating in Economic and Political Development with a regional focus in Latin America. Before coming to SIPA, Frances worked at an EdTech startup implementing mentorship programs in schools and organizations across New York City. Frances has over 5 years of experience working in research, curriculum development, and program implementation for English Language Learners both in the United States and Mexico.
