The idea for Gift Wellness sprouted out of a business venture of one of its co-founders: Palmer Rosen ’15PH heads up Arbitrize, an e-commerce automation software company that provides advanced automation solutions to thousands of sellers on eBay and Amazon. Palmer found that customers often wanted to purchase gift cards at heavy discounts, so he pursued and obtained a gift card reseller license for over 200 marketplaces. He came to realize the tremendous opportunity not only inherent to the e-commerce space but also to the applications for employee wellness.
And so, Rosen co-founded Gift Wellness with Ryan McCormick to deliver wellness and incentivization solutions for medium and large employers. The company works to raise awareness of the importance of employee wellness and productivity as a whole.
Gift Wellness currently services over twenty large clients, providing many with not only bulk digital goods such as discounted gift cards to Amazon, Walmart, Target, iTunes, and Whole Foods, but also tailored and targeted wellness strategems to better allow clients to leverage these digital goods to enhance and improve the performance of their workforce.
