Unite Us, Co-Founded by Veterans Dan Brillman ’12BUS, Taylor Justice ’14BUS, and Andrew Price, Raises $35 Million

Manhattan-based Unite Us—which has an outcome-tracking technology platform that connects health and social services providers—has raised $35 million.

The company’s Series B round—led by Oak HC/FT—will be used to hire employees and further develop its platform, said co-founder and president Taylor Justice. Its platform is designed to help integrate social determinants of health, such as access to food and housing, into patient care

“In the past 12 months, the market has really matured in the sense of understanding the transition from fee-for-service payments to value-based payments,” Justice said. As a result, connecting to social services organizations while holistically tracking patient needs has been more important.
