This week on the “Re/code Decode” podcast marquee interview in the Red Chair, I sat down with Chris Dixon, who is a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz with investments in hot startups like Oculus, BuzzFeed, Warby Parker and Soylent.
Dixon is an experienced investor, who said he is more interested these days in the big-idea investments like in healthcare and food rather than the lighter stuff like a photo app. He talked about his life on the “dark side” — as a venture capitalist — as well as what’s hot in investing, the alleged bubble and the fast-changing VC industry.
